Hi! I played your game. I liked the art style, especially the characters. The distortion in the background looks a little odd and blurs the background, but overall it looks stylish and nice.

Perhaps for a short jam-themed novel, the plot progresses rather slowly. Perhaps they should have included a few more striking scenes at the very beginning to intrigue the player.

I'd also recommend identifying the character speaking, for example, highlighting them on the screen or changing the color of their name. This would make it easier for the player to follow dialogue involving multiple characters.

Also, the game could have been more visually diverse: perhaps showing panoramas of nature or the world between scenes in the lab would have made the game feel visually rich.

The game became truly interesting and intriguing when it was revealed that the staff had to make sacrifices. That was a great move! Perhaps if the game had shown it earlier, or even started with that scene, it would have been even better.

Overall, I liked the game; keep developing and creating new projects.

I will be grateful if you check out my VN. Maybe English isn't good in it (it isn't my native language), but I tried

This is a lot of fun—but is there actually a “win” state or are all the endings fail states? I look forward to replaying it when the SFX and music are added, I bet that will enhance the atmosphere!

Thanks! There's supposed to be a "true" ending after you reach every failstate, but i couldn't get it to work before the game jam deadline. It'll be finished when I add the sfx and music!

Oh, that makes sense—since I did seem to get all the fails, haha! I look forward to replaying it later then!
